2008 Bridging the Cultural Divide Between Banks and Insurers In June 2008, we completed this USA Study. These studies are unique in they give essentially the exact same questionnaire to both bankers and insurers and then use “statistical gap analysis” techniques, to quantify the cultural issues; therefore using hard evidence to uncover and explore the qualitative issues banks and insurers must tackle to achieve success. The studies continue to investigate the concerns confronting banks and their insurance partners. You are invited to download a copy of the the 2008 survey in PDF form by clicking here. (PDF) |
