2010 Bancassurance and Credit Life Study: Bridging the Cultural Divide Between Banks and Insurers™

This is a completely free knowledge sharing exchange sponsored by RGA and conducted by C F Effron Company LLC, a consulting firm specializing in bank insurance.

The 2010 Survey is part of the continuing worldwide investigation by RGA of the issues confronting banks and their insurance partners and is a follow-up to similar surveys conducted in 2007 in South Africa, 2008 in the USA and 2009 in the Middle East. Similar studies are planned in other parts of the world in 2010.

When completed, the 2010 Survey will provide bank and insurance executives with up-to-date metrics that highlight areas where banks and insurers are successfully working together and those areas that need attention. Our feedback will also provide valuable insights into how these relationships may have improved (or worsened) since the previous survey.
